IMPORTING FLOWERS DIRECT FROM HOLLAND SINCE 2016

  Our conditions are:

  • We deliver on MONDAY. Exceptions will be around holidays.
  • Means you must order on THURSDAY evening before 8:00PM MST.
  • Our web shop is open from Monday till Thursday.
  • After you order, you will get a confirmation of that order at your email address.

  We will check if we can deliver your order complete. You will get that update on Sunday.

  We will also send you your invoice on Sunday. For new clients you must pay the very same day as you get the invoice. We will release your order after payment.

  • How to get access to our web shop? Only possible when you have login credentials. When you lose them, ask us for them.

  • About the prices you see in our web shop:
  • All prices are ex Edmonton International Airport.
  • All prices are exclusive of General Sales Tax (GST).
  • The prices do include import duties, other taxes and charges, costs of quality inspection and/or phytosanitary testing, and costs of loading, unloading, and temporary storage at the airport.
  • The prices do include packaging; you don’t have to pay extra for the boxes the flowers are packed in.
  • The prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • Delivery Charge:
  • Edmonton area (Edmonton, Leduc, St. Albert and Sherwood Park):
  1. The Delivery Charge is $1.15 per kilometre distance measured (in Google Maps) from the Edmonton International

  Airport to the delivery address. The maximum is $46.00.

  600. When the total amount of an order is higher than $600.00 within Edmonton Area the Delivery Charge will be waived by DWCC.
  601. The Buyer can pick up the order at an Edmonton International Airport location at a time indicated by DWCC (after consultation with the warehouse and the buyer). When this is a fact, there will be no delivery charges.
  • Outside the Edmonton area:
  1. Delivery charge depends on transport mode.
  2. Most flowers will be shipped by Westjet to the airport in your region.
  3. The cost of the shipment depends on how many boxes (flowers) you are ordering.
  4. The more flowers (boxes) you are ordering, the lower the shipment price per stem will be.

   

  • There is a minimum amount of $250.00 per order per week in the Edmonton area and a minimum amount of $600.00 per order per week outside the Edmonton area. Leduc, St. Albert and Sherwood Park are in the Edmonotn area.

   

  • No obligation to order every week.
  • Credit Policy: Within 24 hours with pictures by e-mail, you will get a credit on your next invoice.
  • Payments by e-transfer. Credit card payments are NOT processed by us anymore.
  • Payment terms are net 10 days from date of invoice. Past due accounts are subject to a late payment charge.

  DWCC reserves the right to calculate late payment fees for customers that do not meet these terms.
